Seri's Four Layer Tort

1st layer (crust)

Combine in bowl...
1 cup flour
1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
press into 9x 13 pan, bake for 15 mins at 375 degrees...let cool

2nd layer

1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
beat until fluffy, spread over first layer...put in fridge to chill until 3rd layer is ready

3rd layer

2 pkgs instant pudding (choc or vanilla)
2 2/3 cup milk
whip together, place over second layer

spread remaining cool whip over for the forth layer and garnish heavily with crushed pecans and graham crackers. Chill for at least an hour before serving

*note from Seri...I LOVE this, so easy to make, and really good
lasts long when I take it someplace, and I never screw it up, which is
simply amazing, considering I can't cook my way out of a paper bag <g>
