1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup of milk (or 1/4 milk, and 1/4 water this is low cal for ppl on diets)
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon(optional this makes a darker type waffles)
Directions mix all the ingredients together until batter is smooth. Prepare waffle iron and spray once with cooking spray. Serve with either powered sugar, maple syrup, fruit, or anything you like. To make thick waffles use less milk/water, to make thin waffles use more milk/water.
Yield 5-8 waffles
