Yvaine's Fab Spinach Dip
Hi all! I hope that you love this as much as I do! It's great
with veggies or in a big round dark bread with the inside pulled
out and made into bit sized dipping pieces. Enjoy!
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Mircle Whip)
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts (optional, they add a
nice crunch but not everyone likes them)
- pepper to taste
Mix it all up really well and chill in a glass bowl for at
least two hours.
Longer is better.
